Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

ReviewRefine does not require you to create an account. When you use the tool, the review text you paste is sent to our API to generate a response. We do not store the content of reviews or responses on our servers after your request is fulfilled.

We store a usage counter in your browser's local storage to enforce the free tier limit (5 responses). This data never leaves your device.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.

3. Analytics & cookies

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., total requests per day). No personally identifying information is collected for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

4. Third-party services

Review text is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy for information on how they handle data submitted via API calls.

5. Data retention

We do not retain review or response content. Subscription status (Pro/Free) is stored only in your browser's local storage and is not synced to our servers beyond what is needed to verify your Stripe session.
